Turial Park – Albufeira: Location

The three star Turial Park aparthotel is centrally located in Albufeira with everything the resort has to offer close by – local shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Each of the 72 rooms are self-catering, but the Turial Park also offers the facilities you’d expect to find in a larger hotel. The nearest beach is Praia Dos Pescadores (Fisherman’s Beach) which is about 100 metres away – just a very short walk from the Turial Park apartments (The beach is visible from many of the rooms). There are also other beaches just 3 km away – Oura and Gale.

The 72 apartment rooms are well stocked for self catering groups. Each room comes complete with an ensuite bathroom containing both a shower and bath.

There is satellite TV and radio, as well as a telephone, a safe for valuables, and air conditioning/heating which is controlled centrally in the room. The kitchenette is stocked with cutlery, crockery, tea and hot drink making facilities, a hob top and the essentials needed for self-catering guests. There is also a terrace/balcony with good views.

The Turial Park Apartments have a good range of facilities. There is of course a fully manned reception, open 24 hours a day and staffed with multi-lingual hotel staff. There is also a lift and a comfortable lobby with sofas.

For relaxation indoors there’s a TV and games room, and a bar and cafe for drinks and snacks. A newspaper stand provides the daily papers, and there are also shops on site as well as a hairdresser. The restaurant serves all meals from breakfast through to dinner and there’s a laundry service. Outside there’s a large swimming pool and a sunbathing area with loungers and parasols, and sports wise there is a gym for guests as well as a jacuzzi.

Things to do nearby the Turial Park Apartments – Albufeira

The great thing about the Algarve is that it’s packed full of things for visitors to do and enjoy. For example, if sport is your bag, then you can enjoy horse riding, quad biking or cycling – or maybe try out one of the many watersports on offer such as jet skiing, sailing and diving. There are of course numerous golf courses – the Algarve is famous for having world class ranges – and there are also courts scattered all over the resorts for tennis, squash and basketball.

If you prefer culture and exploring the locality, then Albufeira has everything from the lively and bustling strip, filled with shops, bars, cafes, clubs and restaurants, to the old part of town with its lovely square and the marina too. You may wish to visit some other nearby towns and villages as well and enjoy meandering through old courtyards, beautiful cool churches and town squares. For children, the great thing about the Algarve is that there’s plenty of family activities – so places like the swimming pools, playgrounds, crazy golf courses and amusement parks should also keep younger members of the family happy. Finally another great aspect of the Algarve is the sheer range of restaurants on offer- with everything from delicious local cuisine from Portugal to international dishes.

One guest said that he visited with his girlfriend and would thoroughly recommend the Turial Park Apartments. He said that their room was large, and that the sofas turned into sofabeds which would be handy for extra guests. He also commented on the excellent central location and the short walk to the local attractions. The reviewer also liked the views from the terrace and said that the furniture was of good quality and the hotel very pleasant and clean.

She also mentioned that the taxi rank was just up the road from the hotel, and the airport transfer was easy and quick.
