Location

The Sheraton Algarve Pine Cliffs is located on a beautiful cliff top, looking over the Atlantic Ocean and framed by pine trees.

Rooms

The Sheraton Algarve Pine Cliffs has 215 guest rooms with five types of hotel accommodation. There are grand deluxe rooms, classic rooms, junior, duplex and presidential suites available.

Every type of room is decorated to a high standard with contemporary decor and offers air conditioning and heating (controlled within the room), a mini bar, television with in-house movie selection, a telephone and safe for storing any valuables, a private terrace or balcony with excellent views, slippers and bathrobes for each guest and a maid turning down service – as well as round the clock room service. Furthermore there are also rooms adapted for the comfort of disabled guests.

Facilities

The hotel complex has a health club with an indoor swimming pool, 3 separate outdoor pools, a mini golf course, a kids’ village, and five tennis courts.

There is an onsite entertainments programme, onsite shops, a games and television room, currency exchange, bike and car rental, a hairdresser and services such as a laundry room, baggage storage and conference facilities. Outside there is also a lovely spacious garden and the swimming pool is equipped with surrounding loungers and parasols. There are also excellent restaurants offering regional and international buffet meals – and there is a terrace snack bar as well as a steak house and there are two cocktail bars with classy decor and excellent views. For those who prefer to eat and drink directly on the beach there’s a beach club.

Things to do near the Sheraton Algarve Pine Cliffs Hotel

The Algarve has a lot for groups and families of all interests and ages to enjoy. There are of course the lovely sandy beaches which offer excellent sunbathing and the clear blue Atlantic waters. The beaches also have great watersport options – such as sailing, diving, jet skiing and windsurfing. Culture vultures will enjoy visiting some of the local villages and towns in the picturesque countryside – each offering culture, excellent cuisine and friendly people and there are also lively resorts to enjoy, such as Albufeira with its famous ’strip’ of restaurants, shops, clubs, and cafes.

There are also marinas at Albufeira and nearby Villamoura, and both are worth a stroll around. Walking is another popular option in the area, as well as horse riding and cycling. Guests have offered very good feedback about the Sheraton Algarve, noting it to be a truly five star hotel experience. One reviewer said that the campus bars and restaurants were excellent and offered real quality in a stylish setting. Another said that the rooms were very spacious and the beds extremely comfortable! They also said that the maid service was first rate, as were the staff in general.
