Location

The Sao Rafael Suite Hotel Albufeira is a five star deluxe hotel. It is located right near the beach of Sao Rafael, which is widely reputed to be one of the most beautiful areas of the Algarve.

Rooms
The hotel has over 100 rooms, with a mix of deluxe doubles, deluxe room suites and deluxe family room suites. Each of the rooms are very spacious and have a large balcony with excellent views. Each room also has air conditioning, a quality LCD satellite television, a telephone, a stylish and well stocked bathroom with bath, shower and hairdryers etc.

The kitchenette has drink making facilities and a mini bar, and there is a safe for valuables. Furthermore, there are comfortable bathrobes and slippers for each adult and the double rooms also have a dining table in the living area. The larger family suites have additional bathroom/shower units too for extra convenience. Cots are available on request and there is also a deluxe suite with full disabled facilities. Each room is designed to an excellent specification, with modern and contemporary decor and great attention to comfort and style.

Facilities

There are excellent facilities on the hotel campus including a health club and spa with a heated indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. There are onsite beauticians who offer spa treatments which can be pre-booked.

There is also a gym, two swimming pools, a separate kids’ pool, a tennis court and games field – and a putting green. Furthermore the beach is only 400 metres away. Otherwise guests can enjoy the sun onsite with the sunbeds, parasols, a towel service and a complimentary shuttle bus to the beach. For younger visitors there is a kids’ club with various activities for them to enjoy. Nearby guests can find the Albufeira resort marina, the Algarve golf courses, a theme and water park, a casino and a huge range of sports and sailing/boat trips. There is also a buffet restaurant on site, a snack bar alongside the pool and a terrace bar – all with lovely garden and sea views.

The Algarve has something for everyone. For those who prefer to relax and sunbathe, there are lovely beaches. The beaches are well served with shops and snack bars/cafes and changing facilities etc, and many have lifeguards in high season.
