The bed linen was changed and cleaned only twice a week. Also, the balcony door was slightly broken and my dad made a complaint towards the reception but they claimed it had been like that since bought so they cannot do anything about it.. hmm.. also, a lot of the people staying at the hotel would make complaints regarding the lack of cleaning. also the internet facilities at ground floor were awful because you would put 3 euros in for 1.30 mins and the internet would sudenly fail. again, they would blame it on the electricians.. so yeah in general it wasnt the best hotel but it was okay for us as we didnt spend a lot of time in it.
